    How do you train?

How do you train using splits?

If 2 or 3, do you do it more than once a week?
If not any of them, how do you workout then?

I'm 40 and coming off of some substantial injuries so I do a 3 day split once a week. Cardio 3 times a week.

I train 4 times a week with a 2 day split. SOmetimes 5 times a week with a 2 day, then 3 day split. I can't believ ethere are people here with 5 day splits...wtf? There have also been weeks where I have alternated training days iwth rest days for 4 sessions total. I've found that to be beneficial for recovery

    Peace.

    Thursday: Arms
    Friday: Legs

I do abs all 4 days at a low volume but high intensity. As well, I do cardio on 2/3 of my off days.

    Four day split for me.

    Day 1: Check/triceps
    Day 2: Legs
    Day 3: Shoulders/traps
    Day 4: Back/biceps

Throw a couple of rest days in there. I also do abs twice a week. This is really a four day rotation, whatever the hell day of the week it happens to start on. It usually takes me five or six days to do a cycle, then I start over. Tomorrow is back/biceps, then a new cycle starts on Wednesday.

I am now, just this week, starting a 4 day split but workout 5 days a week roatating the last day. I felt the 3day twice a week was to much for my body especially with baseball starting.

I are Baboon, that is basicly what Im going to do, except I like havin a set schedule so it works out to 5 days a week.
