god i love the high u get after pushing ur self to the max, the light headedness, and puking from pushing so hard. I broke my previous deadlift record of 275 x 3, now its at 310 x 3. Does anyone else enjoy this????

If we didn't enjoy this, then we wouldn't be lifting. However, your puking and light headedness sound abnormal. Are you sure you're breathing properly?
