    Post Trampoline Training?

    Is there any specific training programs for trampolines. Possibly for ability, coordination, etc. Thanks Guys.

    Personal Bests:

    Bench - 235
    Deadlift - 315 X 17
    Squat - 315 X 11

    when ever i visit my parents for a weekend i train on the tramp. it is fun and excellent for over all fitness i hour and im toast. it is also good for getting your freak on.

    When I was in high school I played alot of basketball. I had this guy on my team that was built like any other highscholl basketball player. He was only like 5foot 9 and could dunk the ball. We asked him how we did it and he said while living in mexico his family was really poor but they had an oversized trampoline and he would jump on this trampoline every day. This makes good since. He did have the biggest calves though.

    Unless you're working out "The Man Show" style with 3 rather large chested girls...don't bother..

    Guy at work was trying "trampoline" training and blew out the tendons in his knee....I can't imagine the pain as your knee cap shoots up your leg to your hip and rips the skin away from your quad on the inside
