A little bit of help with split, Thanks

I only have an hour a day to workout, and because of my schedule I can add an extra hour or so one day a week but it can be any day each week, but will change every week. I need one body part that is least affected by other parts. i.e. traps i can do practically when ever. any input would be appreciated. Thanks

All you need is at the most 45 minutes in a weight training session.
