    Cramp

Check this out, today I was doing BB flat bench going heavy and I got a cramp in my hamstring?? Ruined that set. Is this a sign of something lacking in my diet?

As far as I know there is no exact reason why poeple get muscle cramps.

Most likely you were pushing down on your leg, because I've had that happen to me.

Cramps are not a sign of old age. They are typically experienced by people who work-out.

As for the cramp, I think I may have the answer to my own question. I have not been taking in as much water lately since the weather turned cool, I wonder if that is doing it. This isn't the first time my legs have cramped but I just found it strange to have one during benching. Thanks

Large, I was looking at your picture, is that a little bit of gray in your mustache?

Yep! I was gonna suggest water, or lack of, as the cuprit, but you've beat me to it. I usually cramp when I'm dehydrated. Makes everything harder to do, especially running. It really hurts when you go hard on a dehydrated body.
