Might wanna break up your split a little. Doesn't seem like you're doing enough of a workout for any particular muscle groups. Your pecs and shoulders are getting a decent work while your biceps and triceps aren't getting helped out that much. No lats in there either.
Suggestion:
Monday
Pecs/Bis/Shoulders
Tuesday
Hams/Calves
Thursday
Tris/Lats/Lowerback
Friday
Quads/Calves
Just a sugestion - change it up as needed.
