    Defanition going

    Hi
    i started traning about 5 months ago and for first 2 months my mussles grew and then on the 3rd month they became alot more defined then i got stuck at month 4 and nothing happend then i came to your fourm and noticed i haddnt really been bulking or anything like that so 2 weeks ago i started.
    Im only 15 so i put weight on quite easy ive put on about 0.2 stone in 2 weeks but ive lost alot of defantion in my mussle and i was wondering will this ever come back or is it hard to be ripped and heavy??

    Steve - you're not going to look real "ripped" while bulking. This is the point. When you cut again (wait a while) you'll notice your defenition returning to you along with (hopefully) a little more mass!

    As a beginner just train to build a foundation.You can diet for definition later.Your main priority should be to build mass and learn how your body responds to training.Work on exercise form and eat a healthy diet.If you are small there is no sense in trying to be defined.Build size first, cuts later.
