    shoulders

    Hi
    Im trying to get bigger shoulders,
    at the moment there pretty small
    My teacher told me to work on delts so i did and although my delts are gettin bigger my shoulders are not taking on the shape i wanted i need them more broud is there any exercise that just iscolate the mussles around the back of your shoulders and in the top part above the pecs that sorta area??

    post your current shoulder routine. Screw isolation.....want big shoulder? Work on getting a big overhead press!!!

    hehe ok this is gonna be hard as i dont know wht any of the exercises are called hehe and im from england so we use KG were as u use Ibs correct
    Plus im 15 so i dont really have a exact rouinte it verys because if i cant use a peaice of equiment at skool ill use somthing else while im waiting.
    ok i normally do
    20 reps 5kg Latreal raises ( i think thts wht there called its were u just bring ur arms out to side)
    then i hold like 1kg out streched for say 1 1/2 mins ( teachers idea dont know wht it dose just aches like mad hehe)
    i also do some chin ups but it depends how tierd i am i normally do about 10
    thats about it for sholders i think.
    are teacher ant much help really he has this pollacy thing that iof you cant do more than 10reps of it it ant worth doing dont know if thts true or not hehe
    anyway i do tht 3 times mixed in with arms and leg and chest.
    We only get 2 hours in there a week and the equiment there is alot better than the stuff i got at home so i like to work on my hole body there as much as i can

    Overhead press-4 sets
    Side Raises-3 sets
    Front Raises-3 sets
