    Shoulders n Back

What are your thoughts on training shoulders and back on the same day? I ususally do some rear delts with my back workouts so I thought I could do the 2 body parts together.

When I'm done with my back workout I'm soooo happy that I don't need to do anything else because I feel pretty exhausted afterwards.(2nd hardest after legs) Other than that, since your using bi's for back and tri's for shoulders there should be no problem in doing them both in the same day. If you can pull it off and do both of them effectively I say go for it.

If you can work your rear delts at the same time as your back with no fatigue I'd say go for the rest of the delt exercises for the front and side delts.

Its very hard to do both muscle groups in one session, but if you have it in ya its a good idea.
