It's completely normal. Get used to it, you'll be dealing with it the rest of your life and it's NOT necessarily because of weight lifting. Every now and then a muscle can get so tired it just sort of surrenders and you notice it in the form of a twitch. Another reason is that your neurological pathways aren't always 100% connected. Don't worry, we're not talking damage here, it's just the way the human body works. When one of your pathways is "re-connecting" the sporadic electrical impulses cause a twitch in the muscle. Like I said, get used to it......................enjoy it...............kind of like I'm enjoying the voices right now.

I used to know this girl and whenever she would get nervous her right eye would twitch something fierce. It was kinda funny to watch. She must have been a nervous wreck inside!!

I had something similar after a car accident, forearm muscle kept twitching and causing a movement of one of my fingers, docs said i had damaged nerves in my wrist but the and i'd have the twitching for life but the twitching was away after about 6 - 8 months and never had any problems since.
    Will start journal soon.

    Gallery pics on the way.

    Soon to be elite member.

    Best wishes
