    Drunk!!

Hey u all...over spring break i got drunk every day (about 4 days of drinking)...i actually didnt get drunk...only tipsy...i had about 5 shots a night which isnt bad..(i didnt have beer cause high fat blah blah). I usually dont drink like at all...but for spring break i wanted to go a little crazy so i went overboard...now i feel bad. Im just wondering if i will have any major setbacks from drinking 4 nights in a row. I heard alcohol slows down metabolism...but it doesnt permanently slow down metabolism does it? Please help.

naw, nothing is permanent man. You will be fine. otherwise everyone would be fucked since almost all of us had weeks where we boozed it up hard. don't sweat it. Nothing wrong with taking a break and having fun once in a great while ya know.

As long as you don't drink before you workout you should be allright

we all know drinking is bad, but hey it was spring break. for most of us (those that don't compete in BB or strength competitions) sprink break is our competition. if you get what i'm saying. we work hard as hell all year so when that time comes we can look good and have fun. don't sweat it.
