I like rowdy ass rap music before I lift, or sometimes metallica or even classical

i start listening to music at obnoxiously loud levels about a half hour before I lift- then I hit the gym

I don't really like music while I lift-----like in the T-mag post, when I'm at the gym, I already feel it

When I get the chance to play music, I listen to:
    Mobb Deep
    Alchemist mixtapes
    The LOX
    Saigon
    Screwball
    MOP
    Three Six Mafia
    T-Rock
    Cormega

    Basically anything gritty and hip-hop.

    Peace.
