    I should do that for my hubby doing some of his max lifts.
    Squats: 500lbs
    Leg Press: 1,400lbs
    Stiff leg Deadlift: 275lbs
    Deadlift: 455lbs

    I thought the same thing Flex. 15 yrs old squatting 400!! OK man, there are only a few genetic wonders that are moving weight that heavy that young. I am not hating, I have just heard a million guys tell me they lift whatever weight and when I get in the gym its a different story. Please post vids. oh and I know you are going all teh way to the bottom, yes.
    Other than that, congrats with teh pics man. keep up teh hard work and don't let anyone deter you with their hatin remarks.

    My ROM is like 2-3 inches below parallel. A 15 yr. old kid squatting 400 isn't shit. My buddy can squat 400 X 5 times and he's 15.

    Im 17, im working on getting some pics up soon. Id say im pretty close to you, 5'5" 145 pounds. But I dont im as strong, I know leg wise you blow me away. 400 squats, god damn man, what do you rep at? Im pretty sure I was like the second or third poster to say it but I will say it again amazing legs.
