You've got a great base to work with plouffe, especially at your young age.

HAHA Plouffe you totally resemble a young Lou Ferrgino, I can't be the only one who sees it!? http://www.ironmagazineforums.com/ga...t_3_21_041.jpg

Excellent work though! During those 8-9 months what kind of progress have you made?

Well I've always hit the weights. I've been probally liftin for around a year and a half but didn't have my diet down until about 8 months ago. In that picture I weight about 170, last october i weight 130. My max bench last october was 155, it is now 235. I'm currently Deadlifting 315X21 reps. Squating 415. All my measurments have drasticlly increased. I've also increased my speed. 4.65 in the 40, last year i was running a 5.0. One thing that is lacking right now is my ab's, i want to increase mass, and more importantly strength. Their visibility is alright, but I'm probally around 12-14% Bodyfat. This is high as I've ever been, I plan to keep bulking until I hit around 180, then I'll cut down. Thanks alot for all the comments, I'll have some lifting pictures soon. Later.

plouffe-you're lookin good bro. you're young, your full of test, and your learning, those are the 3 keys bro. just keep eatin and you'll keep gettin bigger.

yo "balla", to be honest, it's cuz of guys like you that no one wants to post pics. no one is gonna post their pics and look like fuckin Ronnie Coleman, so how can you put them down cuz they don't?
honestly, cut the fuckin shit out, and maybe people will be more confident to post pics, cuz they want CONSTRUCTIVE criticism, not someone telling them they look like shit.
