    looking for answers...

    i do my workout routine ... monday - chest ... tuesday back n bies ... wednsday - stomach n some legs ... thursday - shoulders ... friday - off ... and saturday - tries n bies .. i do this routine with 4 of my friends... i read stufff on here and subscribe to muscel and fitness and read tons of stuff in there.. about what to eat and how much to eat and what exercises to use and all that.. we are all only 19.. i have ok size for my age so other people tell me i am 173 lbs .. 5'' 11 .. and i am a hard gainer was only 150 lbs.. when i signed up to ballys last august.. i understand that other guys in the gym are older and all that and there metabolisms are slower and they have been lifting longer .. but i am still gettin frustraited with my size.. i am bigger then my friends and stronger in most aspects.. but without steroids.. i need help takeing it to the next level..and the only sup[plement i ever used was mega mass 2000 only untill i ran out of a 10 lb. bag and once n a while i will drink the nitro tech rtd's at the store in the gym.. i am ready to take liftin to the next level and put on some size n strength by the summer soo people can see the hard work i put in the gym over the last couple months.. can ne one help me out... with any advice ???

    You could add a few supps like protien, creatine, and a decent multi-vitamin. One of most impotant things to adding bulk is a good diet. You should also take a look at this , it's the first stop for members such as yourself. Good Luck!

    dude i am 21 and have taken myself to the next level a few months ago.
    -dont miss work outs
    -eat oatmeal
    -get your z's
    and if your partners slow you up-fly solo
