hey guys how come when i do tri's theey swell up that day and maybe the next day i will still feel it but after that they go to regular size.. how can i supersize my tri's and keep it on

That "swell" you experience is due to an influx of blood to the muscle. There are supps that claim to maintain that swell. Stick around here long enough and you're sure to see a thread on them. Swole V2 is one of them.

Train once every 30 minutes
Like said that is blood going into the muscle, its called "pump." It goes away for everyone, thats just how it is.
