    tri's .. delts

    if i could i would do tri's everyday of the week to keep the swell up.. i love the way my tri's look after i do them .. how long should i rest between tri workouts to make fast mass gains ??.. and how often should i do them ??

    delts seem to be a slow mass gaining process and all i hear is do use dumbells. and i do but its still a slow process.. what do the people of i/m suggest for faster mass gain for my delts ??

    People usually confuse soreness with effectiveness. It doesnīt mean that you donīt feel pain in that muscle you can train it again. IMO donīt hit the same muscle more than two times a week. Unless it is calves or abs.
