    Não ligo muito mais para o conceito de "overtraining" e muito menos para a liberação de cortisol.

    O meu agora está cerca de uma hora e meia!

    Quanto a overtraining penso que só temos de ouvir as indicações que o nosso proprio corpo nos dá!
    Quanto ao cortisol, ainda é mt controverso e relativo a mts factores que nao controlamos!

    I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.

    I'd say between 45 minutes and an hour normally. I sometimes hit an hour & a half if I'm doing something different/special.

    Bench - 235
