Changing hand position on Lying Tricep Extensions

I saw a picture in a book of a guy doing lying extensions with a cambered bar, but instead of using the natural inside grip, he posted his hands on the outside curve. I thought it looked interesting (uncomfortable too), so I decided to try it. I got a very good pump, and my triceps are sore today more than they have been in some time. Different position rocked their world

Something you might want to try to change up your tricep routine if your getting stagnant

Ive tried that b4, but for some reason I always picture myself dropping the bar on my face and knocking out my teeth.
