    Depends
    Early on I'd say sports related improvements
    Football/Wrestling in HighSchool and College.
    In my 20's and early 30's it was probably vanity
    and body comp changes.
    Now It's gonna be pure strength and health issues.
    It's also a habit by now!

    I forgot to post mine... Basically to have big muscles, and be healthy.
