amatuer vs. proffesional
I read that ronnie coleman does somewhere around 12 reps for 12 sets for preacher curls only..and he keeps up that amount of reps and sets for the rest of his arm exercises. I'm not sure what he does for the other body parts, but would it work for anybody if they did that intense of a work out instead of something like gopros work out?

I somehow doubt anyone can possibly handle Ronnie's schedule. Beyond the juice, he has amazing genetics. So, even with roids you might not be able to maintain his workout routine.
