    Whats better

I am looking on a webpage and it shows that a bumbbell fly and a dumbbell press do the same for you except that a dumbbell press also works your tricep some...

    My question is.....

which one works better for getting a bigger leaner chest?

If you wanted a bigger chest you would want to focus on making sure that all the muscles involved in assisting the chest were up to par as far as strength is concerned.
This would mean that if you had to choose one or the other you would probably benefit more by choosing the dumbell press.

I agree with Maki. Dumbell press is better if you are trying to add muscle.

Yep, I'm a strong believer now about the dumbbell press.

Neither is better. It all depends on how good you can isolate the chest muscle with each exercice. Dumbell presses is best overall builder (since you're handling more weight) but if your chest is helped too much by secondary muscle , you might be better off with flys.
