Giant rubber band?
OK so a friend who is a physical therapist gave me some large sheets of rubber(4 colors representing the strengths) but they weren't what I wanted. I had asked him for the hour glass looking rubber tubes to work my shoulder but he gave me these huge sheets for free. I didn't wanna say no so I took em. I am gonna buy the hour glass one later this week, but was wondering what I could do with these huge things of rubber? Any ideas in how I could use these to benefit my routine?

I use them to stretch, don't know if they're good for anything else.
