re-question about BF measuring techniques
ok guys anyone

A set of BF calipers would be best. It's difficule to stay consistant with a tape.

Digital calipers work well, I can tell you that once you hit single digits they do not work well though.
But for progress measuring they are fine, the key is consistency, no matter how you're testing your bf, it needs to be the same method, same person, etc. |
