I can't tell you from personal experience. However, I do think that the feedback on the P/RR/S program appears to be better than that of HST. Try both and see which one works better for you.

HST = Hunter S. Thompson? I'm sure he's better for a cut with the mounds of coke and transcontinental rails of speed

For a bulk I would go power/rr/shock I heard it works well on both

I liked EDT over HST.

But still have to give the P/RR/Sh a try.

I know that didn't help much. :P

I can't vote on this just because I haven't tried HST yet. However, I have been using P/RR/S for several months now, and it has yet to failed me. I've kept on gaining, building myself a better body, while watching my all of my overall lifts increase!

You need to find out which works best for you, try them both for 8 weeks and see how your progress.

Personally, I've heard some good things about P/RR/S. I'll have to vote for that one.

Well, I have not tried GoPros workout but I do know from experience that HST is catching on like wildfire in some areas, and it has worked great for me. (I currently do an HST like program)
