I usually go saturday to the gym to workout with practically no weights, just to learn how to perform new exercises with the best form possible.

Light weight doesn´t do anything for youIt is the same thing as "No weight"... that is why I said practically no weight.

sorry but light weight and no weight doesn't mean the same thing to me...
for me, no weight implies absolutely zero resistence...
