    Post Workout with NO weight

    Here I am again to say the obvious

    I usually go saturday to the gym to workout with practically no weights, just to learn how to perform new exercises with the best form possible.

    That is it, just a reminder.

    sounds like a waste of time to me

    why not just use light weights that don't comprimise your form?

    Light weight doesn´t do anything for you It is the same thing as "No weight"... that is why I said practically no weight.

    hmmm...

    sorry but light weight and no weight doesn't mean the same thing to me...

    for me, no weight implies absolutely zero resistence...
