You need atleast 72hrs of rest between leg sets. So at most 2 times a week.
I am not sure about the chest stuff... Just stay away from incline BB and you should be ok as long as you go light. Wait for someone else to chime in though.

Im knew here, great website, tons of information for me!
Anyways, I just got an MRI done, due to a pain in my left shoulder, and i have a torn labrium (sp?)...
So, I gotta lay off any kind of exercises for two months which a) cause me to lift my arm over my head (ie, shoulder press) or b) anything that causes more pain in my shoulder (duh)
I got sticks for legs, so I figure the next two months will give me plenty of time to get some meat on my chicken legs.
So here's my question:
First off, how often you recommend me work out my legs a week?
Secondly, any ideas on exercises for my chest that dont involve my shoulders at all??

Declines would be the easiest on the shoulder. Still doesnt take them completely out of it, though.
