    Question Need direction

Hey guys, I am looking for a 5 day routine (monday-friday) to be able to lose fat and try to keep the muscle that I have. And I know it takes time and dedication, I just need a little push here in the right direction.

I am 20 y/o, 5'8", 198lbs, and according to my brothers cardio machine im like 27% body fat.

Can someone please guide me to the right direction to a nice routine for me.

    Thanks in advanced!

    what are you doing now?

typically people do not change their routines when cutting, I don't. I continue my one bp per week split, lifting heavy, etc.

    I was doing...

    monday: chest/biceps
    tuesday: 30min cardio
    wednesday: back/triceps
    thursday: 30min cardio
    friday: shoulders/legs

but instead i was thinking to do 1bp a day and 15 min cardio afterwards, what sounds better to you?

Looks like a pretty good routine to me. The only thing I might add is another 30 minutes of cardio on Saturday and Sunday. (Let's face it, 30 minutes isn't that much.) What our beloved Prince tried so hard NOT to say is that your goals aren't going to be reached with your exercise program. They will be reached with your diet. Diet is the only thing that can get you where you want to be, exercise only helps to get you there faster.
Rules? You mean we have RULES for that???
