soreness makes me weak. which i shouldn't care about since i'm more into bodybuilding than strength training, but nothings worse than going to the gym and one of your buddies says "bet you can't bench more than me" and you can't prove him wrong cuz you did chest yesterday.

definately cheast. And sometimes traps depending on what I have to do that day. Can't stand it when my legs are sore. Feels like I'm walking funny and everyone is watching.

I never thought about the fact that I actually like to be sore !
    Interestin observation!

Actually I've had a prob with it last few days
Wed was leg day for me, I've been doing the same routine for prolly 6 weeks now No changes, and suddenly I fried my legs, I could nae walk at'll Thurs. I'm talkin quads and calves totally unusable. Course I had a meeting with a gallery owner last night where I hope to put up a show. They are adult pieces I'm showing so, I waddled (pitifully) in to talk w him, He's a bit of a quirk anyhow, (the current show he has up is called the dildo show if that gives ye any idea) and he's lookin at me wonderin how I got in this sorry condition. I'm not tellin him cause I figure his imagination is prolly more interestin then the truth. LOL
I got the gallery space and I think Mr Strange is still scratching his head about my appearance.

    So that's my sore story
More info then yer wantin I'm sure!

    Sona
    better today

I like when my abs and chest are sore.

I hate, HATE when my legs get really sore. It always happens when I work them after a month or so layoff. I end walk limping around for three days. Not fun.

You can't physically like being sore can you? I only like it because I felt like I did something.

I would have to say calves and forearms are my worst. I pick up a lot of stuff at work which reminds every time. I like my arms soreness because I would like to think they are growing.
