    What are you neglecting ?

I usually neglect eating some things that are in my diet (turkey, orange), I donīt do abs much often and sometimes I sleep too much ruining my day.

This is not just about training but here I guess it is possible to find the most determined people.

Diet is def. my biggest downfall right now. I'm not eating enough in general, i'm not eating very cleanly, and i'm drinking heavily cuz its my last month hoorah in college.

oh well, one more month of partying, then thats it. i gotta go out with a bang, then i got BB for the rest of my life

As with the others, diet is my main problem. My schedule is very weird in school. I have 8 and 4 hour classes that trash my schedule. I try to bring things to eat during class or step out for a minute during labs to stuff some food down.

I guess I'm not much different from anyone else on this thread my main downfall is diet, I need to eat alot more than I do, it's hard to schedule meals around class and work though.

Diet for sure. Like some of the others here, I'm a university student, and having three-hour classes (which you're not supposed to eat in) makes me often end up with only four meals per day. I just try and make them four big ones to make up, but the people who can do 5 or 6 meals per day... well, firstly, I admire anyone who works and can fit in that much food. Secondly however, most of the people that can do that seem to have jobs - such as office jobs - where ducking out from work for a few minutes isn't a problem. Lucky bastards.

Now I don't feel so bad about my diet. I've been pretty good these last few weeks regarding more water and less sugar. It's the food my wife cooks that throws me off.

I would say the top thing is my calves which is bad cause I'm a football player. It just seems like on days I squat I'm to depleted to do anything else. Second would be forearms, they are definetly behind my arms. calves are a bitch......

For me it is the H2O. I just seem to forget to drink the stuff during the day and end up guzzling like 8 glasses after I get home from work. I have a large (32oz) sports bottle on my desk, but I just can not seek to remmember to fill it up. Something for me to work on, besides my calfs.

Abs, and sleep. School has been messing up with my sleep schudule, but I do try and sneak in a nap here and there.

I haven't done any ab work in 6 weeks, and I try to train them at least once a week, that hasn't been going to well.

Also, cheat meals. I only want 2 or 3 AT MOST cheat meals a week (i'm on a bulk), yet somehow I manage to sneak in 5 or 6.
