Read the stickied threads in each forum. There's way too much to explain to you in one thread. You need to read, read, read.

Honestly....Right now since your new to lifting or even just training in general.... I would go with some typical vitamins like 1000mg of C some good Mens Daily from GNC.. Calcium and Myoplex shakes..... Tooo Too many people are looking for an edge in supplements to make them get amazing results. But in all honesty if you don't have your foundation built you better off giving me the hundreds of dollars a month.

Howeverrrrrrrrrrr your problly not going to listen to me. So I recomend doing an online search to find a book called Sports Supplement review by Phillips. He breaks down each supplment and tells you what its supposed to do. The read the posts here every week.. Somone is always asking about specific supplements and get recomendations.

Forearms for you right now should build as you work on arms ...its just a natural progression of lifting. If your really that new then you don't need to worry some much on the fine details yet. Like I said build up your foundation. Which actully might be starting off trimming the fat before thinking of bulking up.

BUTTTTTTTTTTTTT your probally not going to listen to that answer either So what you want to do is any bicep routine reversed.. What do I mean??? Well lets say you are doing preacher curls. Instead of the underhand grasp on the bar... do a overhand grasp of the bar.
Wrist curls are good... in where you grab the bar underhanded just like you were going to do a bicep curl ..... Sit down on a bench Rest your elbows and back of your arms on your legs so only your wrists hang out over the knees and then just curl the wrists up and down using the bar.
