i need help
hi ive been liftin for about 2-3 yrs off and on and i have massive arms but im tryin to focus more on chest and abs... maybe a lil shoulder and back also..... i quit liftin and started partyin alot as most college kids my age do and now that i have put on a belly i wanna lose it and get into shape..... im 5*11 and about 230 as u can tell i drank alot lol... ne ways i need to lose this and was open to any ideas on a diet and a fitness workout..... remember i wanna get cut and lose weight at the same time..... well any elite members or newbies feel free to help me out

umm
well i typically have some meat like some hamburger or chikcen or something along those lines for example today i had a hamburger for lunch cuz i usually aint awake for breakfast depending on how late i work... and i eat lunch around 11 or 12 and then i had a chicken sandwhich around 2 and at 6 i had some quesadillas.... 1 part was chicken 1 part was cheese and the other half was beef.... with a salad and some sliced cucumbers i dont like any condements really i hate salt and ketchup.. so i dont ever use that stuff...... and i had a lil sour cream on my quesadillas and ths pretty much it... oh and i only drink water sometimes ill have a glass of milk....
