    Music to my ears

    Alot of people workout listening to various types of music

    Just wondering what everyones favorte tunes are when doing cardio or weight training

    i dont listen to music much, but it really pumps me up if i lift in a pink tutu and dance in front of the mirror between sets. i just try to imagine myself kicking my own ass.
