"Nice" workouts don't exist in my world.
I usually collapse, fight the urge to vomit, crawl to my shake chug it, rest for a few minutes, pull my self up, stagger to the shower if it's arm day I struggle to reach up and wash my hair, leg day I steady myself against the wall. Then I lounge around for an hour then I eat by then I feel much better so I take care of things around the house.

^All of that while thinking about sex.
Coarse edged youth, the irish pendants string from their smiles
not yet plucked as to slacken the seams
and drag down the features of age,
no folds or creases from unkempt wear
    eyes of tranquilty, crystalline-beads
no sign of despair in their hair, nor their hearts
but oh they have yet to be experienced and that makes aging so very worth it...ML circa2012

Does anyone know why i feel so horny after w.o.'s?

is it cuz all the endorphins that get released? is it cuz i am in such an exhilarated state from getting a great pump? or cuz of my great sense of accomplishment?
there's got to be some explanation for this
