For some reason I find that I need to have sex after a leg work out. Not back or chest or nothing... just after a leg workout. Strange... :o

Although it can decrease your testosterone levels slightly, I have never seen any scientific evidence to show it having negative effects on muscle growth and development. Hell, I have friends that drink daily and binge drink a couple times a week and still make good gains. I used to weight lift really stoned back in my heavier smoking days. Although I don't necessarily condone doing that, it didn't seem to hinder my progress. As well, it seemed to help me push out an extra rep here and there because it reduced the burning feeling you get when pushing hard.
Also, I wasn't joking. I often times take a bong hit after a good workout.
