    Lower back posture

I have bad posture, Ive read a little on here at IM, but think theres more, I have rolled shoulders which I can tell are getting better from delt workouts, but my lower back isnt getting very much better, I do alot of back/hyper-extensions, but no curvature.
Ive been doing P-funks suggestions, from the last posture thread, for a long long time. So if there is anything else you think might help please Let me know. I also have four buldging disks in my lower back, Which I think has alot to do with it, and should help the pain. But I hope thats besides the point.

    Thanks, Spitfire

i too had very bad posture at one point... working my back deltoids helped a lot, and i cut out front deltoid work. for some reason that seemed to correct it all. id also advise going very light on lower back workouts, cuz going too heavy will throw off all your progress.
im no doctor, but its quite possible just fixing your deltoids will correct the problem. but go easy on your lower back! i overtrained mine for a long time resulting in pain (beyond sore) for quite a while.

You think I should cut back: hyper-extentions, back extensions, and front db raises? LIke a 3:1 or a 2:1 ratio?
