Alrite so after much research here is what I believe my summer program will be. Well of course I'll be lifting but I wanted your approval of the supplements I'll be taking. I plan on taking Swole V2 and Optimum 100% Whey Protein. Now do you recommend that I cycle the Swole V2 or protein shakes? I plan on taking the V2 for a four month period. I don't think you have to cycle protein shakes...right? If I do cycle the Swole V2 wouldn't I go something like 4 weeks on 2 weeks off and so on? And finally what flavors of each would you recommend? Sorry if these are dumb questions...I am a newbie. Thanks guys.

And no, do not cycle protein shakes...you can cycle swole if you want to but that also is not necessary. Do a search on creatine and read the pros and cons of cycling...
