How to get that V shape..

    Hi all,

What do you guys think works best when trying to get the V shape back?

Im quite wide in my upper lats and have wide shoulders. Im bulking at present so dont have abs,but i am large in the waist. I feel ihave big hips also.
All this makes it hard to get the v look happening...

Will it come with diet? or should i be doing anything specific?

    Thanks,

Not everyone has the best genetics for the classic V taper (myself included). From your description, yes it sounds like reducing fat around your waist will help the illusion, so I wouldn't worry much about it until you go on a cut. I have wide hips also, which works against the 'look', but wide lats, big delts and a thin waistline should give you the look you desire.

    1. Reduce Bodyfat %
    2. Concentrate on Shoulder work ( Especially the Medial* head )
    3. Concentrate on Lats + Back

Since you have broad shoulders and good lats, then your bodyfat is most likely what is holding you back. The last place men lose fat from is around the waist. It's quite annoying because I have visibility on the upper part of my rectus abdominus, but this slight ring of fat around my waist

Big back, traps and shoulders also help complete the effect - diet is the only thing that will fix the waist.

Asthetic beauty/muscle shape of the package though is genetic.
