I've read through all six workouts as well as the X-size and X-Adaptation. I haven't had the chance to follow it completely but I've applied some of the principals and they felt pretty effective. I think the plan is rather sound.
has anyone tried the workout by Oliver Wolter? I printed it out, but am yet to actually try it. I was wondering if anyone has heard of him or tried his routine? if so, how were the results? Thanks

I've read through both the X-size and X-adaptation too. I just wanted to see if any one actually tried it and got good results from it. I think im going to start the routine thursday. Thanks for your input!
