Yes, Terok`Nor you have the same problem that I do. I have more questions than the numbers of answers people have it.

It's not crap. It works quite well actually. You just have to use a lower volume each day so that you don't overtrain. I have used a full body workout with results before. However, a more traditional split has given me better gains thus far. It never hurts to try something out. If it doesn't work for you then you can always go back to what you were doing before or trying something else new.

Are you doing 1 set or 100 sets?
    How is your diet?
How much do you sleep per day?
What is your job during the daytime so that we may know how it affects recovery?
How do you feel your genetics are?
    What supplements do you use?

Too hard to give an effective answer for everyone I think, I just go by personal experience. The days in my routine dictate how many sets I allow as well as how I "feel."

Not sure what you mean, I have done HST and I have done high volume "half body" workout stuff 3x a week (6 days) and have liked both experiences. I would not run these routines long term however, I still like the old fashioned way somewhat.

When I was 18/19 I never grew so much as I did doing high volume, whole body 3x a week. I still have the stretch marks 10 years later, mostly healed now.

agreed. full body is what i grew the most on, but i think my body just outgrew it. both will definately work for people, and when you find what works for you, stick with it till it stops working!
