when i bench i cant get my back to feel right. its feels like my left lower back is bigger then my right lower back like somethings buldging oput and it makes me a lil unbalanced when i bench can i have something wrong with my back and not know it?

is it painful? do you think it hurts your benching? is it only when you bench or when you lay down all the time? if its really disturbing, i would go to the doctor, especially if it is painful.
if youre just worried about the balance issue, but its not that bad, maybe try to do a more balanced back routine, or try to lower weight in your bench to get used to it... hope this helps, but ive never personally experienced that, so im not sure what to say. |

Where are you feet positioned when you are benching? Also do you feel your left pec is equal in strength to your right one? You may be over compensating with your entire back to lift the weight, I know a guy who use to do this.

Always happens to me when i'm lifting light weight. When I load some decent stuff on the bar and worry about my positiong more problem seems to go away. Make sure the bench itself is level on the ground as well.

its kinda hard to explain it feels as if my lower left back has like a buldge coming out of it. it doesnt hurt at all it just disturbs my bench a lil not a big problem just seeing if ne other had or heard of ne thing like this before

i get the same sh*t,
lean to the oppisite side of where the pain/unbalance is and it helps sometimes i do it to catoonie proportions, but it worx same with tricep extensions, |
