stressin' over changes
I have been using a 4 day split for the past 7 weeks. I was hitting muscles once a week. I have seen my best gains from that training style. I am working on something new to start next week.
I am going to hit muscles twice a week. here it is. please be criticle. my rep ranges are 6-12 and i hit calves and abs after my w/o's. MONDAY flat db press-2 incline db-2 decline db-2 cable cross overs-3 squat-4 leg extension-4 weighted dips-3 behind the head extension-3 upright row-3 cable lat raise-3 TUESDAY rack deads-4 seated row-3 reverse fly-3 SLDL-3 lunge-4 hammy curl-2 straight bar curl-3 hammer curl-2 isolation curl-1 bb overhead press-3 wg pull up-4 WEDNESDAY off THURSDAY flat bb bench-2 incline bb-2 decline bb-2 flys-2 pec dec-2 squat-4 leg press-3 cg bench-3 scull crusher-3 lat raise-3 shrug-3 FRIDAY bent over row-5 db row-3 back extension-3 SLDL-4 lunge-4 hammy curl-2 straight bar curl-3 cable curl-2 isolation curl-1 db overhead press-3 wg pullup-4 |
