    Thumbs up W-I-D-E-R Lats

GoPro's article in the May IronMan is great. I'll be incorporating some of his ideas in my back workouts (even though my shirts are already too wide for my wife ).
I already use many of the techniques and they all rock. When I do pulldowns and cable rows with other people they say they can't feel it in their lats and I try to tell them chest out, shoulders back, thumbs on top, maybe they'll listen if I show them the article.
The only question I have is How the heck do you do stiff arm pulldowns??? I like the idea of taking the biceps out of the movement but can't figure out the form for this one.

Using a straight grip, bring bar from overhead to hip (arms straight)

There's nothing like a damn good set of lats. Some seem to be able to build them very easily and some it may come harder to do but the end result is tremendous! Take Care, John H.
