    No TIme for Cardio

I'm currently on a cutting diet, but to be quite honest with you, I have no time for cardio. So I want to stop doing cardio and rely solely on weight training and diet to lose fat. What do you guys think? Is this a stupid move on my part?

no time.. thats like the oldest excuse in the book isnt it?
    just kidding

technically a good diet alone will work.
cardio and weights speed it up though

stick to the weights and a good clean diet and you will loose the fat without any cardio, it will just take longer

We don't need no stinkin' cardio!! I rarely do cardio, and I am pretty lean, although I think genetics helps me there. I've lost about five pounds in the last month or so, having done almost ZERO cardio. I stick to my weight workouts and have been watching my diet (something I've really never done before). Pants are a bit looser these days.

"No Time" man I've heard that excuse a million times.
But lucky for you, it can be done with a good diet, all you have to do is consume less than your burning and you'll loose the fat.

I personaly thing for general good health, you should try to do some cardio though, even if its just some fast walking.
