My legs are tired. Specifically, my hips. It's tough to lift my legs this morning.
It was a good workout. I sweated like a pig. Guys, it was ALL CHICKS in the class besides me!(but my wife was the hottest one!)

Baboon and I tried that last night at the gym.
The class was filled with skinny women who had all been there for years (probably).
Anyway, we didn't do too bad. We stopped a lot because of lack of coordination not fatigue.
It was fun. I'd do it again.

It seems to be quite popular these days, I think the Tae Bo thing inspired most of it.![]()

Never took Tae Bo, but I think it is similar. It was NOT an easy workout. All the chicks in the class kicked my ass, but I am sure muscle memory had a lot to do with that. MY CV system didn't get too tired, but my legs muscles did.Originally posted by Prince
