Videos

Does anyone know where I could find some videos of any bodybuilder's "pumping iron"? Not full-length features, just short, downloadable, FREE clips, of them working out.

Websites will often have clips of the real videos, but they are often dissapointing.

Lee Priest is funny, I like his video.

Markus Ruhl who is one of the biggest guys, uses tiny little weights and has no on screen personality as he is very quiet, boring as all hell.

Dorian Yates, boring and gave me a headache trying to watch bad black and white.

Ronnie, big weights, good watch.

Can't recall many others I've seen recently.

Powerlifting sites almost always have clips.

Right click and SAVE TARGET AS, this guy competes in Canada. Videos are probably over a year old, he deadlifts about 650 now.

Shoot no I haven't, but I was a member at his board when he released his first video.

I really like the Lee Priest stuff for comedy. I dont know if I've seen a real "training video," its mostly watching guys train with possible tips. Markus Ruhl doesn't speak but occasionally a single word or two in German, boring as heck. I didn't happen to like Dorian's Blood and Guts video either. Ronnie Colemans video is entertaining and motivating based on the sheer weight he moves.

I haven't really seen that many, but for actual training tips so far as I know they are worthless, get it for entertainment.

Now if you are getting a powerlifting video they will talk technique, because you aren't buying it to stare at some guys gut.

I really like both ronnie coleman's video and dorian's blood and guts, both available on kazaa (pricay is wrong). As said don't expect these videos to be informative or instructional, they're just entertaining based on the fact that they are the actual workouts of the two most dominant bodybuilders of the past 20 years.

he is proud of this fact.

He was doing a box squat. Look between his legs, there is a black box there that he squats to.

Sorry I should have mentioned he is a powerlifter doing a box squat, a well known powerlifting movement used to boost your squat.

He is a funny guy, lots of wisecracks. Things like:

"So Lee, whats your secret this year? I heard it was wheat grass." -Trainer

"Yep, wheat grass. Time to up the doseage!" -Lee

Then later, things like:

"Dont take the deca with the stanazol, take the primobolan.." - look of fake supprise and embarrasment as if getting caught off gaurd, he was training with a member of the NYPD when giving joke advice to gym juicers and signing autographs.

Snafu I am in the bay area, south of san francisco and north of san jose, not the east bay.
