need help with my workout

    Unhappy need help with my workout

    Could someone please tell me if this workout is good? I have a bench and dumbbells 8 lbs to 30 lbs in 5lbs increments.

    Tuesday Chest and Shoulders

    Chest press 2 sets 10 reps 25 lbs
    Flyes 2 sets 10 resp 20 lbs

    incline press 2 sets 8 reps 20 lbs
    incline flye 2 sets 10 reps 15 lbs

    side raise 2 sets 8 reps 12 lbs
    shoulder press 1 set 8 reps 15 lbs
    1 set 6 reps 15 lbs
    1 set 6 reps 10 lbs

    upright row 2 sets 6 reps 20 lbs


    Thursday Legs

    Squats 2sets 10 reps 30 lbs
    deadlift 2 sets 10 reps 30 lbs
    lunges 2 sets 10 reps 20 lbs
    ballet squats 2sets 10 reps 25 lbs

    Sat back and arms

    dumbbell row 2 sets 10 reps 25.ls
    bent over row 2 sets 10 reps 20 lbs
    back flyes 2 sets 10 reos 3lbs

    tricep ext. 2 sets 10 reps 15 lbs
    overhead ext. 2 sets 10 reps 20 lbs

    curl 1 set 10 reps 20 lbs
    1 set 10 reps 15 lbs

    hammer curl 2 sets 10 reps 15 lbs.

    i assume youre trying to bulk? i would try not to drop the weight in my exercises, even if you can only get out 4 reps. try not to go lower than that, to make sure you build up good form. also, youd be very well off investing in some adjustable dumbells and a barbell. otherwise, when you hit 30 pound dumbells, your body will get used to the exercise and stop getting stronger.

    id also say try to do more exercise for your chest, and a little less for shoulders. pectoral muscles are very large and need a lot of work, generally.
