    Injuries?

How do you guys deal with the psychological and physical aspects of injuries?

It is so tough when you get injured to have the same drive when you get back.

I have no problems stayin motivated WHILE i workout, but when i get injured my bad habits come to haunt me like drinking and smoking and not eating right???

    well whatever....

I had surgery on my knee in Jan. I was back in the gym doing upper body workouts within two weeks, training legs about 5 weeks later.
