Weight Training on a cut...

Hi guys. I'll get right to the point here...
how do you get stay strong while on a cut?
I need to lose about 14lbs over a span of 2 months. Thus my calories wont be extremely low... so losing strength bcos of too little cals wouldnt happen(i hope)

How should i train to maintain my strength and explosiveness? I dont want my vert or dash to drop...Im proud of them.

Shld i lift explosively with lowreps(4-5)/high intensity
or lift explosively with modreps(8-10)/mod intensity
or mix them up together?
(i know high reps/low intensity are out of the question to maintain my strength)

I need to get ready for a short season in june... thx in advance for your help

Keep protein intake high and continue lifting heavy, but either way it's inevitable that you will lose some strength.
