Spinning

Anyone ever try a spinning class before? MBC and I did last night. It was a good, hard workout. I can't remember the last time I sweated that much. If anyone is looking for a cardio workout that will kick your ass, I recommend spinning. Two of those a week will be great for my off-season mountain bike training.

I once did one...tough stuff. Not good for someone into bodybuilding...especially if your looking to add size. But for an endurance athlete or for those looking to burn tons of cals its great!

Yup, I totally agree. I'd like to add muscle, but I know that will be tough. I have to concentrate on the endurance right now.

They have this class at my Y called body pump! I want to try it, but im making my master GROPRO happy!...LOL

Its a mixture of aerobic and free weights. It looks hard. Alot of half nake women in there too.

Well Mule my name is GOPRO, but GROpro sounds pretty good too. No classes for you...but you can watch it before you work out to naturally raise your testosterone levels.
